    ต่อทดลองงาน ทำได้ไหม? ผิดกฎหมายหรือไม่? ดังที่กล่าวไปข้างต้นว่า พรบ.คุ้มครองแรงงานไม่ได้ระบุจำนวนวันไว้ ดังนั้น ทางนายจ้างหรือบริษัทจะต่อระยะเวลาทดลองงานไปนานเท่าไหร่ก็ได้.
